Certainly not after the Bears' defense allowed Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers to march 92 yards on their start-up drive, eating up more than eight minutes and scoring effortlessly.
The Bears were set up for another loss Sunday, and no one would have been surprised if they had enchanted the bait. In fact, if that first Pittsburgh drive was any indication, the Bears were set up for an ugly loss that could have reverberated for weeks to turn.
It is far too early to tell just what kind of a team the Bears will be this season. But successful teams often win games they're not presumed to win. They win when the opposing team's kicker misses field goals he should not miss. They win after tolerating a lousy week, when they're playing the defending Wonderful Bowl champs and when their franchise quarterback does little more than play it safe.

Ok, so I'm irksome to figure out how to do these techniques in this photos:
How do I get words onto the picture like that? I know you can put little text boxes on pictures using enamel, but i want the sides to looks choppy and uneven and old, like they do in these pictures.

Subject-matter on Photo....The 1st image you have is photo taken through a mirror and the second is a simple copy/paste.....all you have to do is a echo/paste onto the image and bring to front.....
The rainbow picture has the background as a paint bucket using gradient....and you put the semblance on underneath and use the opacity buttons.
The scratches....I know how to remove, but I unfortunately don't know how to put them onto the photo.....(grim)
The last two also play with copy/pasting layers and playing with the opacity to give the see through/blending qualities.

How do you get that vintage look in photography?

I started getting serious with my photography about a year or two ago and after seeing a lot of the photos posted on singular-art I noticed how a lot of them have this sort of vintage, faded quality but still contain enough color and don't end up turning out yellowy like mine do. Does anyone have any tips as to how to get this capacity or what kind of photo editing program I might need?
If you be them to look faded but still have color, just desaturate the image. This is extremely easy to do in Picasa (download it for unsparing from Google). You can also add film grain in Picasa, and that will definitely give you the old feel that you're looking for.

I came across a very vintage in holy matrimony of Levi's, knit jeans from the early '70's. They're kind of a textured polyester knit in a winsome cool summery tan color.
They fit me really well, like the slim fit jeans of today, but not tight like the way you see guys wearing jeans in a lot of old photo's. I ponder they look like cool vintage jeans, but don't want to look like a total dork if I show them.
Would you wear them just for fun?
I tried them on with a slim fitting A & F tshirt and I think they look really self-possessed.

Oh, one more thing...clean and neat wasn't a problem, they were brand new, still had the tags on them.
Clandestine there is a small tag that says,
"Not for Sale, sample for fabric and style only".
Get this, salesman's sampling! Like, can you say, "One of a Kind!". NO one else will ever find a pair just like them! I have an original.
BTW, I'm a guy (anyhow you didn't notice). Does it make a difference if it's a guy or girl wearing them? They are guys jeans.
One irrefutable thing: yeah, I know all the stories about how bad knit polyester was back in the '70's. THat's what I thought too until I tried on these jeans. Not only are they not bad, they're almost...comfy! I very like wearing them!
Be intrepid!
Wear them.
People wear stuff like that all the time in my city and they are the guys in the local bands!
