&Nbsp;over. This didn't sit well with Monica Hansen, and she sued her former doctor for using the photographs of her. It's definitely an intriguing case, because the doctor was only showing off the m that he had done, but in the mind of Monica Hansen it seems that she felt that this was an invasion of her privacy, and that because she wasn't being paid for the photographs that she deserved compensation.

It's severely to blame Monica Hansen for wanting to be paid for the photographs that Dr. Leonard Hochstein was using on his website, because she has been paid many times to deal in the image of herself. Monica Hansen used to be Miss Norway, where she put herself on display all of the time, and then she became a Playboy exemplar where she of course put herself on display quite a bit. One of the tid-bits that fail to make a lot of reports about this case, is that Dr. Leonard Hochstein and Monica Hansen also inured to to date, which further clouds the whole situation. I perceive poor focus, no control on the depth of field, weird colors, poor contrast. This is with proficient and amateur works.

Digital seems to encourage laziness, and an attitude that "I can edit it later".

When using 35mm skin, you had to give it more thought, because a mistake would cost you money through wasted processing costs.

Question about copyright of the photographs of the old painting of masterpiece ?

I demand to make an oil painting reproduction website which will include a lot of old oil paintings photographs. My friend is an artist and he has a lot of photographs of these paintings. I scarceness to use it. But I am worrying about the copyright of it.
There are a lot of websites about the old paintings and I find the photographs are almost the same. Who indeed has the copyright? or who has the authorization? I can't believe that the site has the authorization of all these thousands of photographs.
My partner has been collecting these photographs for ten years or more. And he can't remember clearly which come from where. Can I use them?

The origional artist has all the copyrights. Same with prepossessing a picture. Who ever snaps the shot is the sole owner of the picture. Photographers own the photos they shoot and deliver up it back to people. Same with artists, they own their masterpiece and you would have to get permission from them to copy. Creative Commons would be a great source.

I have SO MANY ornaments and SO MANY photos - but I don't splash them all the time. I have a storage shelf in my wardrobe area. I change my rooms around all the time and swap the ornaments around depending on the season, festival occassion, flowers I have in the house, etc. etc. So on display it is simple and beautiful all the time. (Who wants to keep dusting all those ornaments!) So for norm - sometimes I get all my little Russian Stacking Dolls collection out and display them amongst little colored photo frames of my children - other times I have a exquisite stone african statue of a mother with her children and I display that with a stone bowl with decorative ungainly balls - at Christmas I have my folk art snowmen and fairy lights - so my home is never boring - but never overdone!
