Now that Proposition 8, the legislation eliminating equal marriage, is wedged into the state constitution, fairness advocates need to focal point on approving a constitutional amendment with a "yes" vote on a statewide ballot in order to pry it out.

This important fact – along with the insufficiency to pass the test of dollars, a diverse power base and an electorate more disposed to equality – makes a purge-cut case for taking the time to do it right. Investing in a three-year drive to win back marriage equality in 2012 is our superior choice.

We know that emotion can be a powerful force in politics. But the fullest hearts and the highest hopes are no substitute for a packed campaign plan. On the effectiveness scale, they stack up poorly against a formidable treasury, a broad network of allies and the faculty to communicate with and move a majority of voters.

This basic truth of elections is underscored by the reality of California ballot plan campaigns. In a state this big and diverse and costly to campaign in, money, multicultural fluency, and capturing and keeping more than half support determine who ultimately wins and loses.

The "View Commencement" button is the 10th button down and 11th button up when you right click on something (normally on posted words, NOT images).
Does anyone skilled in how I can access the source when I click on "view source" because the right click isn't allowed?

I necessity to change a files permissions but when I right click and view properties I do not see a security tab...

You as likely as not have this file on a FAT32 partition. To verify this:

* goto "My Computer"
* right click on the drive that contains this register in question
* click properties and check "File system"
** If File system says FAT/FAT32, you will not see safe keeping tab on any files insidee this drive
** If the File system says NTFS and you have Windows XP, then disable "unassuming file sharing". This setting is available in:
My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View Tab

why when i click view webcam, nothing happens, no window pops up or anything?

so, when i click view webcam, nothing happens, i though perhaps i accidentally ignored them and that was why it wasnt opening but that wasnt the case. i tried several others with the same problem. i shut down rebooted several times and it still wont do anything...any one have any intimate as to why it wont open?

Try this: Click dispatch-rider top left, scroll down and click preferences then scroll down and click webcam where you can make adjustments, click o.k. To make sure it is o.k. click courier top left, scroll down and click my webcam. and your webcam should come on. Anytime a menu drops to show the webcam name click it. You should also run your call setup. Click actions top row of the Pheidippides window scroll down click call setup and follow the prompts. When you are chatting with someone click on webcam in the chat window. I trust that is of some help. My own opinion is that if you are going to be webcamming regularly download windows live messenger to me it is far best than Yahoo messenger.
