The digital photo frame is one of those consumer-electronics categories that seems perpetually controlled to take off, but never quite gets airborne. I bought a Ceiva frame for my grandmother back in 2001—it plugged into a phone uncover and downloaded new pictures from the Ceiva website every night at 3 a.m. Today, things are pretty much the same. The displays of the latest models are brighter and crisper, and most up with memory-card slots instead of phone cords. But there has been surprisingly little innovation around the key idea of the digital frame. They’re still just passive devices that sit on your desk or bookcase, cycling through the same pictures over and over until someone updates the honour card.

Isabella Products in Concord, MA, is trying to change that. On October 30, it will launch Vizit , which masquerades as a digital photo skeleton but is actually a sophisticated, two-way photo management device connected to a nationwide cellular data network. The artefact will have a price tag commensurate with its capabilities—in the $250 to $280 range, plus a monthly underwriting fee. I know a lot of early adopters who won’t balk at that price, considering that the Vizit—the brainchild of city venture capitalist and Motorola veteran Matthew Growney—raises the bar for the whole category of digital frames, hardly as the iPhone did in the mobile world.

Why are there alot of new photo albums with out the muggy back page
i am starting a photo album for my 6month old daughter and i wanted to know how can i make her first album corresponding exactly
And with out the sticky page
what can i use to stick the pictures in the album
is it ok to use tape would it damage the picture in the futher

You could always portfolio her album. A scrapbooked page has the advantage of being able to arrange the photos and other objects/mementos on a errand-boy to your liking, and they are archival so your photo won't be harmed. You can find almost anything you can think of to use in a project in a craft or art store, or even WallyWorld. Even if a viscous album says it's archival, the photos will eventually stick permanently and be difficult/impossible to shift.

Or you can do a digital album. I did a book at www.bephotobooks.com last year, also blurb. MPix, Shutterfly and probably many others tender them. You download the software, design your book, upload for printing and you'll have it in a few days.

that hairy page is the bane of any photograph put in the book. i got one some years ago and everything in it is ruined today... and it was kept indoors and dry though humidity is an emergence here from time to time as is heat, indoors is dryer and cooler in summer and warmer in winter... i assumption the sticky that was used was not meant to last long before chemically changing and changing everything else within a country mile of it.... kinda like asbestos

Problem with photo albums on the new facebook?

It was working sunny yesterday, but today when I checked my profile all my albums were not there, I still have the albums but they do not show on my profile, I have tried changing the settings from edit photos. But it still does not turn over a complete a difference, is there anyway of getting my photo albums to be on my profile.

I had the accurate same panic, but soon found out what was wrong.
Click on the 'profile' tab at the top of the website
On your profile click on the 'boxes' tab
You should find your photo albums there
Click on the pencil icon + click the 'move to irritate' tab

What with the new change to 360 photo albums?

With the new exchange regarding Yahoo photos for 360, how do I get my pix back on my 360? I had them originally uploaded to flickr and for some reason they disappeared, so ok went back to flickr and uploaded them again , so how do I vinculum them back to my 360 profile?
