The Project: In 2006, local developer Grant Humphreys of Humphreys Real Estate Investments LLC announced plans to combine the Flatiron Building, 126 Harrison, into a $20 million mixed-use project, which would encompass the entire block. The two-anecdote building was built in 1924 and totals 12,512 square feet, according to county records.

Humphreys plans were to come out a six-story structure to include 25,555 square feet of retail, 40,229 square feet of support and 19 loft apartments, totaling 19,137 square feet with 50 subterranean parking spaces. The instruct floor was slated for eight shops, two restaurants and a grocery market, and second and third floor plans were for “Stratum A” office space. Schematic designs were created by Studio Architecture and approved by Oklahoma Bishopric Urban Renewal Authority in February 2008.

The Problem: Construction was supposed to begin on the project in July 2008; however, the retail supermarket has suffered tremendously since late last year.

Height 285
5th Ave. front 173 feet
Broadway front 190 feet
22nd St front 87 feet

I need blueprints of Flatiron building in downtown Toronto. Do I go to Cityhall or Library?

Factual Building - Flatiron (1892)
Location : Front and Chruch St,Downtown Toronto

I would powerfully recommend the Metro Central Library at Yonge & just north of Bloor, go to the Archives branch and ask the staff there. They would probably be the best place to look. City Hall might not have it, or might not share it, or might give you a run-around. Even IF the central library might not have it, they would have more in unison a all the same and understanding and may be of greater help directing you to find what you're looking for. Other branches would be a waste of time. Go to the Metro Chief Library. Yonge & Bloor.
