What digital picture frame can I buy in the USA will work in Sweden?

My pen-pal is moving to Sweden and I would like to get her a digital picture frame. I am aware that our dvds over here will not work in Sweden. I don't want to buy her something that she can't use over there. What discredit of a digital picture frame can I buy that will work in a foreign country?

How do pictures that are 4x3 aspect ratio look on digital picture frames that are in 16x9 aspect ratio?

A lot of digital picture frames (particularly 7") are a widescreen (16x9) frame but most pictures you take with a digital camera are a full screen image (4x3). So what does the formulate do to these pictures? Does it add black bars to the sides of the pictures or does it stretch the pictures to write them fit the entire screen but causing the picture to be distorted? Thanks!
Well if you have a 4:3 picture and you try and fit it on a 16:9 widescreen skeleton, I'm pretty sure it would stretch the picture, but I doubt it'll give you bars on the side.
16:9 doesn't equal 4:3 when you divide it by 3.
16:9 divided by three would give you 5.3:3 rather than of 4:3, so it would stretch.

How do you change picture parameters on a digital picture card?

I can't download pictures off my digital camera. The mistaken report on my computer says the "parameters" are incorrect. I recently took this picture card to a Koday picture printing kiosk and mull over that downloading some of the images affected my ability to download to my computer now. Anyone know?

HP DreamScreen 100 and 130 are the more advanced digital picture frames that volunteer much more than what a digital picture frame is supposed to. Besides playing slideshows of your photos, it can even stream music, photos, play videos, hook to Pandora and do social networking.
Both photo frames come with built-in WiFi connectivity. The DreamScreen 100 comes with a 10.1 inch separate, while the 130 has a 13.1 inch screen and both come with 2GB built-in storage. They also offer external plugins of more storage such as a funny man destined reader and USB connectivity. Content can be loaded to the HP DreamScreen photo frames either through the storage or by using the be protracted and drop software interface on a computer.
These photo frames can stream audio, images but not videos. It also has true support of social networking sites including Facebook, Snapfish and Pandora which can be operated by a meagre or buttons on the device. Unfortunately, they are not touchscreen-based.
The DreamScreen is available now with a price $250, while the DreamScreen 130 costs $300 but will be at one's disposal sometime this fall.
