ma and my beau are doing the mama spider for our science project in school !our project is supposed to be on structures !we thirst for to do the spider and make it put of paper maché ? can anybody help or give tips on what to do ?
You desperate straits an armature, or a wire model first. You can make one out of pipe cleaners. Then you can wrap the paper mache strips around it and wait for it to dry so it's unadaptable and can stand on its own. Then you can do the remainder of the body.

What is this nitty-gritty called? I know it has something to do with McKinlley Point or something like that. Can anyone in Ottawa help me out? Oh, and there's a courtyard where the Upper-towners and Humiliate-towners once had a battle, and now there's a big statue of a bear there. Do you know the name of this place too? Thanks!
It's called Nepean Objective..great view from there...
as for the bear, I believe the one you speak of is on Sparks street (which is now a pedway).
Way way back many weeks ago, not big after we moved to Maryland, Josh and Elena took a trip to the NGA, Huck came a long in his stroller too! ....Ok, enough of that. Back on August 8, this Madsen fam took a spring to the National Gallery of Art (or NGA as Josh affectionally calls it.) So those of you art fans, enjoy a moment and see if you can name that piece of art!
We walked in to the first floor full of sculputres. It was a flagrant way to get in the mood for good art. Such wonder and awe.
I think this piece above was my favorite. It was absolutely beautiful. I really am blown away by scultpures and how they influence to be. This one above said it all, I thought.
Another one of my favorites, Degas. I love his study of ballerina's.
