Is it advisable to use a screen protector for touch-screen digital camera?

Should I proper wipe my screen with dry cloth? or screenpuff? Or just use a screen protector to avoid the trouble of wiping off fingerprints?
My establishment is whether the touch screen function will be less sensitive after I put on the screen-protector.

I would study the owners manual and see if they recommend it. If the manufacturer doesn't recommend it, I would not worry about it. Those touch screens are probably fair sturdy. You could wipe it every so often, but unless it gets oily or dirty often, don't worry about it.

I tried to charge my camera and it wont, whe its charging the light is surmise to blink on and off but it doesn't. When I turn it on it says "Insufficient Battery" then goes off. What can I do to deliver the goods a succeed it charge? Am I doing anything wrong?

Yes, there are touch-screen digicams -- most, if not all, have 3" screens. Some of the newer ones have perfectly replaced hardware buttons in favor of touch-screens.
