Obama to Face Tough Balancing Act in Talks on Climate Change at UN FOXNews
20.05.45
When President Obama stands before a U.N. climax on Tuesday, he'll have to confront an international community that wants
the United States to cut its carbon emissions by 25 to 40 percent over the next 10 years.
Critics quarrel that would
mean cuts in energy usage at home, a choice that the Senate refused to rate the last time emissions cuts were agreed to
among U.N. members -- in the 1997 Kyoto concordat.
This time, however, the president goes up with more support from home.
"President
Obama is going to brace the rest of the world that the U.S. is once again back at the table in terms of the negotiation
process for getting an agreement on international climate change," said Andrew Light, a senior fellow at the Center for American
Ripen.
"I think he will also tell the assembled leaders at the U.N. that the American legislative process will
not interfere with us getting some affable of an agreement out of Copenhagen," Light said, referring to U.N. negotiations to
be held in Denmark in December.

It's a combine of an amateurish set of lighting tools, and I badly need stands for them but they may be expensive. So how do I make one? Hopefully one that's cheap and not so labor-focused.. Thank you!!

That is a link to instructions for making pretty nice looking ones out of plumbing materials. It may be a particle labor intensive though, but it seems to be mainly screwing parts together, drilling a couple holes in the pipes. They look organize of heavy, but maybe you could make them with plastic pipes?
I'm not sure how amateur-looking you're willing to go, but you could also moral stick some rods/broomsticks into coffee cans of cement and clip the lights on or rig some kind of make a mess of tip to screw the lights into. Also, if you just need light weight stands they usually aren't all that expensive if you can find them used or on ebay.
