Do leupold 9x40 binoculars exist?

I did a google search for leupold 9x40 binoculars, this place came up http://www.binoculars.seekadeal.info , what i actually dont understand is if these scopes exist, i advised of that leupold products are good quality. I am in europe and i cannot find a dealer with these products, does anybody know where i can get em? There is a lot on ebay but before buying there ill cleave to some local dealer.
Thanks

There are no 9X binoculars on Leupold's website: 6, 8, 10 and 12 only. The "9x40 Leupold Binoculars" relation on the page you listed takes you to a list of Leupold 3x9x40 rifle scopes.

So I have a pair of 10x42 Leupold Binoculars. . . but I want a second pair, can someone help?

I don't covet to spend a lot of money, preferable $75 or less for a second pair to keep in my truck just in case I dire them. I think I want 8x optical but the second number (i.e. 32, 42, 50, etc) what does it do for you? I want something clear and wholesome for low light situations, so do I want a higher or lower second number? Also I was considering the Bushnell 10x42 Permafocus. . . does anyone have any other recommendations? Thanks

I bought a partner of binoculars for carrying around in my truck. All I did was go into the local Academy, pick up and try out different makes and models until I found a pair that felt reliable and were clear when I looked through them. A set of Bushnell 8 x 32 for $48 and they ride around cow pastures, back roads, and I use them at local football games.
I up my Leupolds in my hunting kit with the other nice toys.

What kind of binoculars should I buy for looking/watching wildlife & using for general purposes ?

I looked at a unite of Nikon 8 X 40 also some Leupold,Bosh & lomb & cabela's brand name others 10 X 40 size I proper want a great pair to have & use for when I'm outdoors.

Both 8x40 and 10x40 are very amateur with wildlife viewers. The 8x40 generally have a wider field of view which is very beneficial for trying to find flying birds or birds in branches of trees. 8x40 have less agitate of the image but not noticeably less magnification. I have both and I can barely tell the difference. Select a pair of roof prism binos as they are soda water proof and fog proof. You can spend a lot of money on a pair, up to $3000 but generally speaking you get only about 10% convalescence in performance for each doubling in price. So somewhere in the $200 to $700 price range is really good dispatch fore a reasonable price. In the higher price range you generally get locking diopter coordination, which is something I really like. One of my pairs has it and one does not. The more expensive pairs are marketed mainly to birders, who are always demanding to impress other birders with their optics.

Nikon makes some outstanding binoculars, but they are very expensive. I once had a pair.

Among the less expensive but very merit pairs are these:

Nikon trailblazer 8x40

http://www.eagleoptics.com/binoculars/nikon/nikon-trailblazer-8x42-atb-binocular

Cheap, excellent eye relief if you should ever have to wear glasses, decent field of view but not great, very poor close off focus but not too important if you are not interested in dragon flies or butterflies.

Vortex Diamondback is in the same price number but has some advantages. Wider field of view and much closer focus.

I do not allow that either of these have locking diopter adjustment though. Another nice feature that some binos have and some do no is twist up eye cups. They are normally found in the more dear binos.

Great Leupold Binoculars

When I expect back to some of the Leupold binoculars I have owned, over the years, my first reaction is one of disbelief. Have I been selling binoculars THAT long? This would have been back in the late 80s and if you were snooping around binoculars, back then, you may remember some of these talented Leupold binoculars. One of my favorites was a green armored compact 7x actually made for Leupold by Leitz. It actually said, Made in Portugal, on the binocular. It was bad quality, as you would expect with that kind of pedigree and it was unusual in that it had individual eyepiece focus. This compact Leupold binocular preceded the first Gold Phone call compact binoculars, which were also individual eyepiece focus. All current Gold Ring binoculars, such as the Leupold Gold Ring HD started with that one. My next Leupold was also individual eyepiece meet. It was a 9x36 Wind River. In those days, Leupold simply marketed them as Wind River, not Leupold Wind River and not the more just out Leupold Green Ring. That 9x36 was simply a 9x36 Wind River. No matter what it was labeled, it was an excellent porro prism binocular, made in Japan. Of headway, both of these old Leupolds are long gone, but Leupold moved forward from there and now offers a much more extensive and very popular line of binoculars to for every budget. One thing that has not changed, though, is that great Leupold value for the dollar and that great Leupold customer service.
